Q. What do I do if my pet is hurt and I can't take it to the animal hospital?

Q. My cat is clawing my rugs/furniture, chewing my curtains/houseplants. What can I do?

A. There are ways to manage your cat's destructive behavior. Please don't declaw.


Q. I've just adopted a shy or semi-feral cat and it won't come out from under the bed/hutch/couch. How long is this going to go on and is there anything I can do to help this poor kitty know that I'm friendly?
